there are rumours that flotation toy warning will release a new album called 'The Machine That Made Us' in 2009. hopefully that rumours turn out to be true, because the current album is on heavy rotation... ;)

blue bird festival was brilliant, i loved the performance of okkervil river (not the first one i saw...;)), wallis bird and baby dee. the hollows were - like you said - interesting to hear but it's hard to go on stage right after okkervil river... like the hollows said: "okkervil river is saturday night - we are early sunday morning..."

by the way: i absolutely love your site, brillant idea, good technical quality and exactly my kind of music. way to go!
